Q: How do you pack your product?

A: We adopt standard export package,cartons or boxes,also can pack it by your requirement.
Q: Is it complex for the light installation?

A: We will provide the detailed installation manual and will also provide the installation accessories and the spare parts.
Q: What's the payment term?

A: TT 30% deposit,70% balance payment before delivery or upon B/L copy.
Q: How long is the warranty period for our products?

A: Normally the warranty period is 2 years.
Q: Do you have quality control?

A: Yes, we attach great importance on quality control and have a system of quality control,our products can meet EU and US standards.
Q: How about your delivery time?

A: About 40-50 days after receive 30% deposit,it depends of the quantity of your order.
Q: Can we print our logo on the products or package?

A: Yes, we can print the logo according to the customer’s requirements.
Q: What's the material of your product?

A: Our main material includes aluminum housing, waterproof LED light ，temped glass.
Q: Can we get a sample before place the order?

A: Sure, we are very happy to provide customers with samples, but the sample cost and freight will be borne by the buyer. Of course, these fees will be refunded in future orders.
